HOOPS HQ X FUBO GIVEAWAY Terms & Conditions

The Hoops HQ x Fubo Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older and are at least the age of majority in their state of primary residence (19+ in AL and NE, 21+ in MS) and who have an active, paid Hoops HQ membership in good standing as of 11:00:00 AM ET on 03/13/26. Giveaway begins at 03:00:00 PM ET on March 13, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 13, 2026 or once all Giveaway Awards have been claimed, whichever comes first (the “Giveaway Period”). To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must follow the link in the email promoting the Giveaway that will be sent to paid Hoops HQ membership by or around 11:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 13, 2026 to view the Giveaway article page, login to their Hoops HQ account if not already logged in, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the Giveaway registration form using the email address associated with their Hoops HQ membership. Void outside the U.S. and wherever prohibited by law. The first ten (10) eligible individuals to complete the Giveaway registration form will each be the potential recipient of one (1) 1-year Fubo Pro subscription plan (the “Giveaway Award”). LIMIT: One (1) submission and one (1) Giveaway Award, for eligible award winners, per person or household address regardless of whether participant has more than one email address or if participant completes more than one submission. The Approximate Retail Value of the Giveaway Award is $888 each. Only new Fubo subscribers may be eligible to receive a Giveaway Award and Giveaway Award subscription cannot be combined with a current Fubo subscription or redeemed by an existing or former Fubo customer. Redemption and use of the Giveaway Award is subject to acceptance of Fubo terms and conditions available at https://fubo.tv. Sponsor or Fubo may substitute an alternative award of equal or greater value for the Giveaway Award. Subscription start date for Giveaway Award shall be determined by Fubo. Sponsor and Fubo are not responsible for any additional expenses associated with the receipt including any necessary devices or equipment and internet and/or data service(s) for such devices or equipment to use the Giveaway Award, or use/misuse of this Giveaway Award. The Giveaway Award recipient is also responsible for any and all taxes associated with the Giveaway Award, including but not limited to federal, state and local income taxes. All completed registration forms become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Promotion Site’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted and are void. Participants must have a valid email address to enter and/or receive a Giveaway Award. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to submit more than the allowed number of times by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s submissions and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential Giveaway Award recipient may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder or proof of identity to Sponsor’s satisfaction. ALL POTENTIAL GIVEAWAY AWARD RECIPIENTS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR. The Giveaway Award recipients will be notified via email within 3-5 business days of the end of the Giveaway Period and be required to respond with any required information within 48 hours of the time of the initial notification or their Giveaway Award will be forfeit and, at Sponsor’s discretion, the next individual to have complete the Giveaway registration form that has not have already been deemed a potential Giveaway Award recipient will be notified. The information provided by participants on the registration form will only be used for the purposes of this Giveaway and as otherwise permitted by Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.HoopsHQ.com/privacy-policy. Participants information may be shared with FuboTV, Inc. for verifying eligibility and for fulfillment of the Giveaway Award. Only the number of Giveaway Awards stated in these Terms and Conditions is available to be awarded in the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to computer equipment related to participating in this Giveaway. By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Giveaway, and release the Sponsor, FuboTV, Inc. and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Giveaway, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation in the Giveaway, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the Giveaway Award offered.. Giveaway Awards being distributed are not transferable or redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Giveaway Awards will be awarded via email within 1-2 weeks of recipient confirmation with instructions and timing for the activation of the Giveaway Award. Employees of Sponsor or any related companies are not eligible to participate or receive a Giveaway Award. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate part or all of this Giveaway due to suspicion of fraud or for any other reason.
